As an inclusive community, we extend a wide invitation into fellowship and faithful discipleship. We believe discipleship is for everyone, and we try to make space for them to participate at every stage of their journey. For us that looks like:

Unity is valued over uniformity: we have an openness to a diversity of people with different outward expressions of life and faith.

Aiming to have a community that enables authenticity and growth by being safe and free from judgement and gossip.

Avoiding too much Christian jargon or embarrassing others for being uneducated about our faith.

Avoid speaking about or treating people who don’t yet follow Christ as outsiders.

Empowering a diversity of people to participate in meaningful ways, looking at calling and gifting rather than limiting influence and authority to one gender, class, etc..
