OUTWARD FACING
The good news is not just for us. We want to share the light of the knowledge of God and to extend the invitation to join God’s family and sit at His table. Being an outward facing community starts with having outward facing individuals who see mission not as a special event or program, but as a default mode of operation—a reality we live into ourselves and invite others into.
For us, this looks like:
• Having genuine interest in the lives of each other and our guests.
• Intentionally looking for ways to bless, support, and show God’s love to others—inside and outside of Wellspring.
• Inviting and including people to join our programs and activities.
• Encouraging people to see how their individual vocations and activities can be a part of God’s mission.
• Steady, long-term discipleship in home groups
• Growing, replicating, and spreading home groups.
