Preaching Team

At Wellspring, we have a teaching team rather than one or two main preachers.

While this can make the sermon part of the Sunday service a little more unpredictable, this enables our community to learn about God from a range of faces, backgrounds, and perspectives. No one person here represents the voice of God, and we have the joy of developing and appreciating the gifts of multiple people.

The team is dedicated to providing a holistic spiritual diet, guided by the Holy Spirit, to the Wellspring community. Their focus spans understanding, inspiration, and application of God's Word in connection with our head, heart, and hands.

Aligned with Wellspring's values, their preaching and teaching are Gospel-centered, emphasizing faithful exposition of scripture. They address real-life issues, fostering an outward-facing perspective, and cultivate inclusivity, fostering unity while respecting diversity.

The team's responsibilities encompass meticulous planning, selecting passages or topics, teaching, and preparing discussion questions to encourage active participation and understanding among congregants. Furthermore, they conduct regular reviews to gauge the impact of their efforts, assessing how effectively they equip and edify the community.
